Getting Started

For the best experience, please use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Other browsers may work but your experience could be diminished.

Once you start the application process, do not navigate away or refresh your browser. Doing so may cause the loss of your application data, requiring you to start over. Be sure you have all required documentation prepared before you start the application.

To navigate within the application, use the "Continue" button at the bottom of your screen or click on the navigation links on the left of your screen for each section of the application. You can return to a previous screen at any time before signing and submitting your complete application. You will not be able to revise your application after clicking on the "Submit My Application" button under the Certification tab, so please carefully review your application before submitting.

You must have all required documentation prepared and available for upload prior to starting the application:
File types accepted: doc, docx, pdf, xls, xlsx, jpg, or png; File size limit: 20MB

  • Pay stub or other income documentation prior to job loss or reduction in income
  • Pay stub or other income documentation after reduction in income dated after March 17, 2020
  • Most recent Mortgage Statement from Lender (for foreclosure prevention assistance only)

Please note that an application does not guarantee an award of financial assistance. Funds will not be disbursed for approved applications until the landlord has provided the proper verification (eviction prevention applications only).
